Goat cheese bites

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 point cheese (goat cheese)
  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Toasted baguette slices with baked goat cheese

Slice the baguette diagonally, not too thinly. Press a thick slice of goat cheese into the center of each slice. Sprinkle with (dried) rosemary and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Then place it in an ovenproof dish (to prevent leakage) and bake at 180°C. When the cheese starts to melt, it’s done. Delicious on its own or with a salad, such as lamb’s lettuce.
