Spicy grilled potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 650 g potato(s) (baby potatoes)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp thyme, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as a side dish to meat or fish

Boil the baby potatoes in a pot of water for 10 minutes. Then drain well. Combine olive oil, thyme, and paprika in a bowl and season with salt. Add the potatoes and mix thoroughly to ensure they are all marinated. Grill in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
