Goat Cheese Crostini

- 10 Discs Baguette
- Butter
- 150 g Goat cream cheese
- 20 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 1 Clove of garlic, grated
- Espelette pepper
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Mix the goat cream cheese with the Parmesan and the grated garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt some butter in a pan over medium heat and toast the baguette slices in it. Then rub the baguette slices with the clove of garlic and smear the goat’s cream cheese, then place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven under the grill for about 5 minutes and then sprinkle with Espelette pepper.
