Goat Cheese and Date Crostini

  • 125 g Goat cream cheese
  • 4 Dried dates
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Pine nuts
  • 1 Knife point Ground cardamom
  • 9 Discs Baguette bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, cover a tray with baking paper.
  2. Mash the goat cheese with a fork. Pit the dates and cut into small pieces. Clean the spring onions, removing the dark green parts and chopping them finely. Mix the cheese and spring onion pieces with the pine nuts and season the mixture with cardamom.
