Goat cheese patties with bacon

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of goat’s cheese (cheese slices)
  • 8 slices of bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wrap the goat cheese slices in bacon and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C for a good ten minutes. Place the whole thing in the oven and bake on the middle rack for ten minutes. Then arrange two slices on a plate and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve immediately. Tip: You can also serve the slices on a bed of lamb’s lettuce. This also tastes very good.
