Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 275 g puff pastry (refrigerated)
- 3 tomatoes
- 100 g cooked ham
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- 200 g goat cheese (roll)
- 170 ml cream
- 2 eggs, size L
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- ½ bunch chives

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
easy and fast
Line a tart tin with the puff pastry on baking paper. Dice the tomatoes and cooked ham, and finely slice the wild garlic. Mix everything together and spread it on the pastry. Thinly slice the goat cheese and arrange it evenly on top of the filling. Make a glaze with the eggs, cream, spices, and finely chopped chives and pour it over the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35-45 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if necessary to prevent the wild garlic from burning.
