a wonderful starter or snack

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and make a salad dressing with balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt, and finely diced onion. Add the lamb’s lettuce to the dressing and stir well. Cut the piece of soft goat’s cheese into 4-6 pieces and wrap them in bacon. Heat oil in a pan and quickly fry the pieces until crispy brown on both sides. Place them on the lamb’s lettuce. Be careful not to let the cheese drip over, so make sure the pan is really hot. This makes a delicious quick starter, perhaps with a piece of baguette.
