Goji Bolognese with noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped, approx. 400 g
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 25 g goji berries, dried
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • a few stalks of parsley
  • a few stalks of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

the slightly different Bolognese, a pasta dish with a special twist

Soak the dried goji berries in warm water for 30 minutes. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Finely chop the bell pepper. Sauté the onion, add the carrots, and fry. Add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Add the white wine, chopped tomatoes, and remaining vegetables to the pan with the garlic and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Add a little more liquid if necessary. Chop the herbs and stir in. Finally, add the goji berries. Serve the Bolognese with the pasta.
