Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g nuts, ground
- 3 eggs
- 75 g sugar
- 60 g honey
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 pack of cream cheese with honey
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- ½ pack of gelatin (instant)
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 4 hours 45 minutes

Base: Beat the eggs with the sugar and honey until frothy. Mix the nuts with the baking powder and fold into the egg mixture. Pour the batter into a springform pan and smooth it out. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Then remove from the pan and let cool completely. Cream: Mix the cream cheese with the honey and yogurt. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir the instant gelatin into the yogurt mixture and fold in the whipped cream. Spread the cream on the base and let it set in the refrigerator. Line a baking tray with baking paper and moisten it slightly. Sprinkle with sugar and let it caramelize at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes. Spread the finished caramel on the cake just before serving.
