Good Mood – Ciabatta

The perfect good mood – ciabatta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Tomatoes – cut into 5 mm thick slices
  • 2 Bullets Mozzarella – cut into 5 mm thick slices
  • 100 g Pesto green
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 bunch Rocket in bite-sized pieces
  1. Bake the ciabatta in the oven according to the package instructions and let it cool down. Halve horizontally and brush with pesto.
  2. Cover the ciabatta with tomato slices and mozzarella, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes
  3. Sprinkle with arugula before serving
