Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ onion(s), diced
- Pumpernickel, crumbled
- 1 shot of milk
- 2 eggs
- Chives, cut into rolls
- 1 large tomato(s), diced
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious pumpernickel scrambled eggs, as leftovers or breakfast in bed
Fry the diced onion with the pumpernickel until translucent, then add the tomato and fry. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the milk and chives, pour into the pan, and let it set. Garnish with some chives and serve.
