With truffle

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Choose baking dishes that will comfortably hold an egg. Don’t choose too small ones. Brush the baking dishes with a little truffle oil and line each with two sheets of puff pastry (rotated 90 degrees). Brush the dough again with a little truffle oil. Crack the eggs into the dough, season, and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the truffles. Serve hot. Serve with white bread and/or salad.
