Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 250 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Fat for the mold
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 100 g dark chocolate

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add the chocolate-butter mixture and fold in. Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the cake in a greased 26cm springform pan for 30 minutes. Heat the cream. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl. Pour the hot cream on top and stir until the chocolate has melted. Spread the icing over the cake and let it cool. Chefkoch.de recipe editor’s note: 2 tablespoons of flour is the right amount!!!
