Gorgonzola cream sauce with leaf spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 100 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 cube of stock
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, deglaze with the milk, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Now melt the Gorgonzola in the sauce, season, and whisk with the sour cream. Add the leaf spinach and let it thaw in the sauce. Bring everything back to a boil and season to taste. If the sauce is too thick, simply add a little more milk. This sauce goes perfectly with pasta or pasta dishes.
