Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 25 g butter
- 50 g onion(s)
- 100g Gorgonzola
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small rosemary sprig(s)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Hearty rice – it tastes good even without a sauce
Cook the rice in salted water and then drain in a colander. Meanwhile, peel the onion, finely dice it, and sauté it in a pan with butter over low heat until translucent. Add the Gorgonzola and melt. Cook over low heat to prevent burning. Meanwhile, finely chop the rosemary and garlic. Then mix everything with 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the rice, and you’re done. Tip: The Gorgonzola rice heats up wonderfully in the microwave.
