Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 60 g Gorgonzola, creamy
- salt and pepper
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- Sauce thickener, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
with steak
Bring the milk and cream to a boil in a saucepan. Melt the Gorgonzola cheese in the milk and cream mixture while stirring, and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a few squeezes of lemon juice. Thicken with a little sauce thickener, if desired.
