Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • some olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 75 ml white wine
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • some Parmesan
  • lots of nutmeg
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onions and fry in olive oil until translucent. Add the finely diced garlic and fry until translucent. Deglaze with white wine, then add the cream and heat, but do not boil. Dice the Gorgonzola and melt it in the hot sauce. Thicken the sauce with a little grated Parmesan until it reaches the desired consistency. Finally, season with plenty of nutmeg and a grind of pepper.
