Gorgonzola walnut sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 250 g Gorgonzola, grated
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for gnocchi and pasta

Heat the milk in a saucepan, then melt the Gorgonzola in the milk. Finally, add the walnuts and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked gnocchi or pasta to the pan and let it absorb the sauce. Tip: Always use egg-free pasta!
