Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter, soft
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp mustard, Dijon
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
- 200 g cheese, Emmental or spicy
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and halve them. Dice the egg whites, mash the yolks, and mix with butter and cream. Season with mustard and paprika. Finely dice the cheese and mix in. Finally, fold in the egg whites. Let it sit well.
