Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 50 g butter
- 100 g cheese (Gouda, young)
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta and toss in butter. Season with salt. Mix with coarsely grated (use a grater with the large holes to create more stripes) young Gouda and eat immediately. The cheese should just melt due to the temperature of the pasta, but not become stringy. If in doubt, add the Gouda at the last moment on the plate. I like the Gouda butter pasta best with young Gouda.
