Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 30 g lard
  • 2 onions
  • 500 g pork neck
  • 3 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and roughly dice the onions. Sauté in the lard over low heat and remove from the fat. Thinly slice the meat and brown in the onion fat. Add the onions back and sprinkle everything with sweet paprika. Sauté briefly. Peel and dice the potatoes, and add to the meat. Cover the ingredients with water. Cover and simmer gently for 1 hour. Season with salt and hot paprika.
