Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
- 3 tsp beef broth, instant
- 100 g tortellini, colorful, fresh
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the vegetables and onion and sauté in butter. Season and deglaze with 1 liter of water. Stir in the broth and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook the tortellini for about 12 minutes. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
