Goulash Soup Martina
The perfect goulash soup martina recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 kg Shoulder beef
- 400 gr Onions
- 100 gr Lard
- 6 st Garlic cloves
- 4 Tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 Tablespoon Ground caraway
- 8 Tablespoon Delicatessen paprika powder
- 500 gr Floury potatoes
- 1 Pc. Tetrapak diced tomatoes.
- 1 glass Madeira
- 1 glass Red wine
- 1 Tablespoon Rose paprika powder
- 2 liter Meatsoup
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Praises Salt + pepper
- 1 a cup Sour cream 10% fat
- Cut the meat into small cubes. Heat the lard in an iron casserole, fry the meat in portions and season with pepper. Then stir in the delicatessen peppers and caraway seeds. Sweat briefly, then add the diced onions and chopped garlic. Add the packet of tomato pieces and salt the meat.
- Add the stock and simmer everything for 2 hours, after half the time add the diced potatoes. At the end, season with the remaining spices and the wine. Serve with a spoonful of sour cream and fresh white bread.
