Goulash with Pasta
The perfect goulash with pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Pork / beef goulash
- Some oil
- 2 Onions, dice
- 1 Green pepper
- 2 Small cans of mushrooms
- 8 Small cherry tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, paprika, marjoram, cumin
- 3 Slices of jalapeno
- 6 Eßl Food starch
- First sauté the onions in a saucepan with a little oil, add the meat and braise.
- Fill up with enough water until the meat is covered and simmer slowly until the meat almost crumbles. In the meantime, wash the pepper and cut into strips.
- Add the peppers, cherry tomatoes, jalapeno and mushrooms and simmer for another 30 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch with a little water and stir into the goulash, season with the spices.
- It goes well with pasta, potatoes or dumplings. Good Appetite
