Goulash with Pasta

The perfect goulash with pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Pork / beef goulash
  • Some oil
  • 2 Onions, dice
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 2 Small cans of mushrooms
  • 8 Small cherry tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, marjoram, cumin
  • 3 Slices of jalapeno
  • 6 Eßl Food starch
  1. First sauté the onions in a saucepan with a little oil, add the meat and braise.
  2. Fill up with enough water until the meat is covered and simmer slowly until the meat almost crumbles. In the meantime, wash the pepper and cut into strips.
  3. Add the peppers, cherry tomatoes, jalapeno and mushrooms and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Mix the cornstarch with a little water and stir into the goulash, season with the spices.
  5. It goes well with pasta, potatoes or dumplings. Good Appetite
