Gourmet Fillet on Wok Vegetables

- 1 Gourmet filet Bordelaise with a spicy herb crust 400 g
- 1 Red pointed pepper approx. 100 g
- 2 Red onions approx. 100 g
- 1 Carrot approx. 100 g
- 100 g Chinese cabbage
- 2 Spring onions approx. 25 g
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Ginger the size of a walnut

- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Freshly grated horseradish
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cherry
- 1 tbsp Liquid honey
- 2 Lemon slices
- Bake the Schlemmer fillet in the oven according to the instructions on the package (here: at 225 ° C for approx. 50 minutes) until golden-brown. Clean and wash pointed peppers and cut into strips. Peel the onions, cut in half, cut into slices and pull apart in strips. Peel the carrot with the peeler, scrape with the vegetable blossom scraper / peeler 2 into 1 decorating blade and cut into carrot blossom slices (approx. 2 – 3 mm thick) with the knife. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut diagonally into rings. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves and ginger. Grate horseradish (1 tbsp). Heat sunflower oil (1 tbsp) in a wok. Fry the garlic cubes and ginger cubes in it, add the onion strips and carrot blossoms and fry with them, add the remaining vegetables (pointed pepper strips, Chinese cabbage strips and spring onion rings) and fry everything with them. Deglaze with sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp), light soy sauce (1 tbsp) and cherry (1 tbsp) and season with freshly grated horseradish (1 tbsp) and liquid honey (1 tbsp). Cover and let simmer / cook for about 10 minutes. Finally fold in the coriander (2 tbsp). Halve the gourmet fillet. Divide the wok vegetables on 2 plates, place the Schlemmer fillet halves on top, garnish with a lemon wedge and parsley, serve.
