Ingredients
 

  • 6 Mini vine tomatoes approx. 150 g
  • 1 Mozarella light 125 g
  • 1 Onion approx. 100 g
  • 4 Mushrooms approx. 100 g
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 8 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 8 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 4 big pinches Sweet paprika
  • 2 Stalk Parsley
  • Sunflower seed and / or farmer's bread

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mini vine tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into slices. Drain the mozzarella well and cut into slices. Peel, halve and slice the onion and assemble in strips. Clean / brush the mushrooms and cut 2 pieces into slices. Distribute all ingredients (tomato slices, Mozarella slices, onion strips and mushroom slices) decoratively on 2 plates and drizzle with olive oil (2 tablespoons each), light rice vinegar (1 tablespoon each). Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches each), colored pepper from the mill (4 big pinches each) and sweet paprika (2 big pinches each). Serve tomato - mozzarella - onion - mushroom platter with sunflower seed or / and farmer's bread.
