Mustard-honey-dill sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp honey, maybe more
  • 1 tbsp dill, dried
  • e.g. vinegar (spirit vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes delicious with fondue or raclette or as egg salad

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well with a hand mixer. Then chop the hard-boiled eggs and stir them in. Season to taste. This is one of the favorite sauces for fondue or raclette. It also tastes great with a few more eggs as an egg salad.
