Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of fish fillet(s) (pollock, cod or pangasius)
- 200 g mushrooms, brown
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 1 ball of mozzarella, diced
- 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- salt and pepper
- Thyme

Clean the fish fillets, season with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Place the fillets side by side in a shallow baking dish. Trim and finely dice the mushrooms. Combine the mushrooms with the onions, garlic, mozzarella, and sour cream to form a cream. Season the mixture generously with salt, pepper, and thyme. Spread the cream over the fish fillets. Bake the gourmet fillets in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes. We like to serve them with baguette or flatbread.
