Ingredients
- 1 Finely diced onion
- 0,5 Red Diced paprika
- 500 g Broccoli
- Salt pepper
- 2 stems Chopped basil
- 400 g Turkey medallions
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 150 ml Cream
- 150 ml Milk
- 150 g Gorgonzola
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- 1 tsp Vegeta spice
- 50 g Grated cheese

- 150 g Rice
Instructions
- Divide the broccoli into small florets, wash and cook in salted water until firm to the bite, then drain. Wash the meat, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the medallions on all sides. Place the meat in a baking dish and spread the broccoli over it.
- Sauté the onion and paprika in the remaining frying fat, then deglaze with cream and milk. Cut the gorgonzola into pieces, add and let melt. Bring the sauce to the boil and bind with the mixed cornstarch. Simmer gently for 5 minutes and then mix in the chopped basil. Now season the sauce with the spices and pour over the meat / broccoli mixture. Spread the grated cheese over it and bake in a preheated oven - CIRCULAR AIR 175 ° C - for approx. 15 minutes.
