Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 radishes
- 120 g radish(s)
- 30 g crème fraîche
- 30 g yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
- 2 cucumbers (gherkins from a jar)
- ½ tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 slice(s) bread(s) (wholemeal bread)
- 3 slices of ham (Katenschinken), thin (approx. 20 g each)
- ½ box of cress
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean, wash, and slice the radishes. Peel the radish, coarsely grate it, and add it to the radishes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the crème fraîche and low-fat yogurt in a bowl. Finely dice the gherkins and fold in. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and mustard. Spread 1 tablespoon of the yogurt sauce on the whole-grain bread, top with ham, and sprinkle with pepper. Cut the cress from the bed with scissors. Garnish the slices and yogurt sauce with it.
