  • 375 g Wheat flour
  • 8 g Salt
  • 11 g Bread roll improvers
  • 10 g Lard
  • 20 g Yeast fresh
  • 225 Milliliters Lukewarm water
  • 100 g Grain mix of your choice
  • 150 g Grain mixture of your choice as a topping
  1. Knead the ingredients except for the grains into a smooth dough and then knead in the grains. Shape the dough into a ball and leave to rest for 20 minutes, covered. then divide the dough into 8 equal pieces (approx. 83 gr) and work round. Place the balls on a floured cloth and let rest for 15 minutes. now stamp the balls with a pusher and moisten with water. then press the blanks into the grain mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rise for another 25 minutes until the dough pieces have enlarged. spray the entire tray with the dough pieces well with water and insert at 190 degrees. Turn the oven up to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
