  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g cheese, grated, 45% fat
  • 250 g raw ham, diced
  • 30 g chives
  • 30 g flour (protein-flour mix), etc
  • n. B. spice(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Low-carb

Combine all listed ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a suitable baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 60 minutes.
