Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g diced ham
  • 200 g asparagus, thin
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

with smoked ham

Boil the eggs hard. Peel the asparagus, cook it in salted water until al dente, and drain. Let both cool. Finely chop the eggs, cut the asparagus into small pieces, mix with the ham and mayonnaise, and let it marinate for at least an hour. Don’t be surprised; you don’t need any other seasonings; the ham is flavorful enough! Note: We traditionally have this salad for dinner on Grandma Anna’s birthday. It tastes delicious with all kinds of fresh bread.
