Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ liters of tea (fruit tea), freshly brewed, as desired, e.g. strawberry-cherry
  • 750 orange juice
  • ½ pineapple
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 limes
  • Passion fruit syrup, as desired
  • possibly mineral water or sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Boil the tea and let it cool. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour in the tea and orange juice, and season with syrup. If you like it fizzy, add mineral water or sparkling wine.
