Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 850 g apples (approx. 4 large apples)
  • powdered sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the batter ingredients together thoroughly. Spread half of the batter into a greased 27 cm springform pan. Peel, core, and slice the apples, and place them on top. Cover with the remaining batter. Bake in the oven at 160°C (fan oven) for 60 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
