Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chocolate, 70% cocoa content
- 200 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour, light, gluten-free
- Fat and gluten-free flour for dusting the baking tin

Gluten-free! And we don’t count the calories in cakes!
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water. Stir in the sugar and dissolve. Let it cool slightly, then gradually stir in the eggs (do not mix!), finally stirring in the flour. Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake for 22 minutes. When removed from the oven, the cake may still be runny in the center; it will still be cooked through! Serve the next day with vanilla sauce or, even more luxuriously, with vanilla cream.
