Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 apples
- 2 oranges
- 1 banana(s)
- 100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 100 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 50 g almond(s), chopped
- n. B. Sweetener
- 4 cl orange juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and segment the oranges. Peel and chop the apples and bananas. If using fresh blueberries and raspberries, hull them as well. Now place all the fruit in a bowl, pour over the orange juice, and mix. Season to taste with sweetener and serve sprinkled with the chopped almonds.
