Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 apples
  • 4 egg whites, beaten to snow
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 small bottle(s) of rum flavoring
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • ½ cup sweet cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the apples, core them, and slice them. Then drizzle with the rum flavoring. Mix the vanilla pudding with the sugar, egg yolks, and milk, then add the sweet and sour cream and the raisins. Finally, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Grease a baking dish well with butter. Layer the apples and spread the mixture over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
