Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 large apples or 4 – 5 smaller ones
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Beat the margarine until fluffy. Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar and mix well. Sift the flour and baking powder into the batter and fold in. Fold the apple pieces into the batter. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 200-220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
