Grandma's Apple Soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ liter of water
  • ½ liter apple juice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g raisins
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • sweetener
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, combine water, apple juice, and cinnamon in a saucepan and then heat. Bring to a boil briefly, then remove from heat. Add cornstarch while stirring. Now add the raisins and season to taste with sweetener and/or lemon juice. Tastes great with rusks.
