Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

First, mix the margarine and sugar with a mixer. Add the egg. Once everything is well blended, gradually add the sifted flour, Mondamin, and baking powder. Add the desiccated coconut and mix well. This should form a slightly firm dough. If the dough has become a little too soft due to room temperature, place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Once the dough has the right consistency, you can press it through a pastry press or put it through a meat grinder and shape it as desired (e.g. rings or bows). Place the shaped dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
