Grandma's cheese soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ liters of beef broth
  • 450 g soup vegetables, frozen
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • some basil
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

First, brown the ground meat. Then add the broth, the soup vegetables, the chopped tomatoes, and the tomato paste. Once the soup vegetables are cooked, add the sour cream and the processed cheese. Let the soup simmer and season with spices.
