Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 slice(s) sausage, vegan
- 2 slice(s) cheese, vegan
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, vegan
- 1 gherkin(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with vinegar and oil
Halve the sausage and cheese slices and then cut into thin strips. Slice the onion into rings and the cucumber into slices. Combine everything in a bowl with the vinegar and oil, stir, and season with salt and pepper. If you like it a bit more acidic, add 1 tablespoon more vinegar.
