Knead the flour with 100g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, the butter, and one egg to form a firm dough. Roll out the dough, line a greased springform pan, and prick the dough several times with a fork. Separate the remaining 5 eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix the cheesecake with 50g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, and the egg yolks. Add the custard powder. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture onto the pastry case and smooth it down. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 90 minutes. Tastes best served slightly warm.
