Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 180 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 jar morello cherries
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 packet of sugar (lemon sugar)
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Make a crumbly batter from flour, baking powder, sugar, butter, and eggs. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased springform pan, also lining the sides. Spread the well-drained cherries over the batter. Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon sugar until frothy. Stir in the quark and custard powder. Pour the mixture into the springform pan on top of the cherries and crumble the remaining batter over the batter. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
