Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 eggs
- 280 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 280 g hazelnuts, ground
- 40 g flour
- 200 g powdered sugar
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until very frothy. Stir in the hazelnuts and flour. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Stir a small portion of the egg white mixture into the batter, then lightly fold in the rest. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 26 cm springform pan. Smooth the surface. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180°C. Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze and cover the cooled cake with it. The cake is super moist and will keep well for a long time.
