Grandma’s Lemon Cookies
The perfect grandma’s lemon cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 175 g Margarine, melt
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 P. Vanillin
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Lemon, juice and zest of
- 300 g Flour
- 2 Panel Chocolate couverture
- Mix the ingredients into a dough, add the flour at the end and knead the dough until it is easy to shape. Add flour as needed.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then cut out and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes until golden.
- Dip the biscuits halfway in couverture and let them dry. After 1 day, if they survive, they taste even better. .. ;-)))
