Grandma’s Lemon Cookies

The perfect grandma’s lemon cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 175 g Margarine, melt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 P. Vanillin
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Lemon, juice and zest of
  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 Panel Chocolate couverture
  1. Mix the ingredients into a dough, add the flour at the end and knead the dough until it is easy to shape. Add flour as needed.
  2. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then cut out and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes until golden.
  3. Dip the biscuits halfway in couverture and let them dry. After 1 day, if they survive, they taste even better. .. ;-)))
