- 12 tbsp Sugar crystals
- Food color
Dough production
- Knead the flour, sugar, starch, flavors with eggs and butter … approx. Chill for 60 minutes
- Roll out the dough about 0.7 cm thick on a floured work surface … Unplug or cut motifs of any kind … burst onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper
