Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

best with iceberg lettuce

Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice. Combine the juice with oil, 1 heaped teaspoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add more water depending on the lemon’s acidity. Tip: Toss half of the salad with the dressing and let it sit for 1-2 hours. Just before serving, fold in the other half of the salad and sprinkle with sugar.
