Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 120 g hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g rusks, grated
- 180 g sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Combine the ground hazelnuts and grated rusks. Whisk the eggs, milk, and salt, add to the ground nuts and grated rusks, and mix well. Stir in the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a prepared springform pan or loaf pan and bake at 160°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
